These terms govern your use of this website and the status of the prices published on it. They are not the contract for a project - that is the written scope and quotation issued for your specific engagement, and it takes precedence over anything here.

1. Who operates this site

2. The published prices are an invitation to treat

The figures on the price page and on the service pages are what the described scope costs under ordinary conditions. They are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer, and no contract comes into existence because you have read them or because you have sent an enquiry.

A binding figure exists only in a written quotation issued for your project. Where a quotation and this website disagree, the quotation governs.

3. What a quotation covers

A quotation covers the scope written into it: the named pages or deliverables, the stated number of revision rounds, and the stated timeline. Anything not written into it is not included, however reasonable it might seem. Work that falls outside the quoted scope is quoted separately and started only once you have agreed to it in writing.

A quotation is valid for thirty days from its date unless it says otherwise. Timelines in a quotation assume that material you owe - copy, images, access, approvals - arrives when the schedule says it does. Delay on your side moves the delivery date by at least the length of that delay.

4. Intellectual property in this site

The design, code, text, structured data and the URBANUPLINK mark on this site belong to the operator. You may read the site, view its source, run it through any analysis tool, and quote short extracts with attribution - all of which is actively encouraged, since inspecting this site is the argument the studio makes for itself.

What is not permitted is reproducing the design or substantial parts of the code as your own or a client’s work, or using the mark in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

Intellectual property in work produced for a client is dealt with separately: it transfers in full on settlement of the final invoice, as set out in the project quotation.

5. Accuracy and availability

The content of this site is maintained carefully but is provided for information. Prices, timelines and scope descriptions may change, and the version that binds is the one in your written quotation.

No uptime is guaranteed for this website. It is a static site on ordinary hosting and it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside the operator’s control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from a client project is governed by the project contract, not by this clause.

7. Links to other sites

Where this site links to a third party - a supervisory authority, a hosting provider, a competitor examined during research - it does so for reference. The operator has no control over those sites and takes no responsibility for their content.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer resident in another EU member state retains any right to bring proceedings in their own courts under mandatory local law.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when the text last changed, and the version in force for your engagement is the version current when your quotation was issued.
