Every service, every number

The price table.

Six rows, each with its unit, what it includes, what it excludes and its timeline. Every figure below is what the described scope is quoted at; there is no second, higher list kept for enquiries. The written quotation for your project is the binding figure.

The mechanics behind the number

What moves a price, across every service.

Each service page carries the slice that applies to it. This is the whole thing in one place.

DecisionEffect on the price
Each page beyond the agreed countFlat, because the design system the page is built inside is already paid for.+ EUR 220
Second languageLanguage switching, the tags that tell search engines which language each page is in, a second set of page titles and descriptions, and every layout re-checked against longer text.+ 35%
Adding a shop to a corporate siteThe corporate site plus this is exactly the Online shop row - it is not added on top of the shop price. It assumes a hosted shop platform; a bespoke one is a different project and is quoted separately.+ EUR 1,800
Scroll-driven video film, like the home page hereA generated video that plays as the visitor scrolls. The standard animated hero is already in every price; this is the film on top of it - storyboard, generation, compression so the page stays fast, and a still-image version for visitors who turn motion off.+ EUR 600
Content migrationPer page of real content moved, not per URL. A redesign already includes the first 10 pages; this applies beyond them, or to a new build that moves content from an old site.+ EUR 12 per page
URLs that must survive a redesignThe redirect map is built and verified URL by URL. Under fifty it is inside the redesign price.+ EUR 1 per URL beyond 50
Third logo revision roundTwo rounds are inside the EUR 280. A third is quoted before it starts rather than absorbed.+ EUR 90
Rush timelineApplied when a date displaces other scheduled work, and refused rather than quoted when the date is not achievable at any price.+ 25%

What you are agreeing to

Terms and how the money moves.

40% deposit, balance on handover
Discovery and the written scope come first and cost nothing. The deposit is invoiced once you accept the scope and covers the design system. The balance falls due when the production deployment is live and the repository has been transferred, not at some internal milestone.
If an agreed date is missed on this side
5% comes off the remaining balance for each week of delay, capped at 20%. It does not apply while the project is waiting on your copy, your images or your approvals, which is where delays usually start.
Euro only
Invoices are issued in euro by URBANUPLINK LTD under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. There is no second currency and no conversion margin taken here.
A published price is an invitation to treat
These numbers are what the described scope costs. The binding figure is the one in the written quotation issued for your project - the terms of use set out why.

Not priced at all

Two refusals that belong on a price page.

A mismatched buyer is more likely to land here from search than anywhere else on the site, so the two refusals about money are repeated here. The full list, with the reasoning behind each, is on the about page.

  1. Discounts without a smaller scope

A price comes down only when scope comes out with it - a revision round, pages inside the price, or copy moved to your side.

  2. Monthly retainers of any kind

An engagement with no end date has no definition of done, so there is never a moment where the work can be judged. Everything here has a scope, a price and a date.

Asked about money

Questions about the prices.

Why publish the prices at all?

Because the alternative wastes both sides’ time. Every competitor checked while this site was designed hides the number behind a quote form, which means a visitor whose budget is nowhere near the work still has to send an enquiry to find out. Publishing it lets you disqualify this studio in ten seconds, and it commits this side to a number before knowing anything about how much you can afford.

Is the price negotiable?

The scope is negotiable; the rate is not. A price comes down only when something comes out of the scope - a revision round, pages inside the price, or copy moved to your side. A discount without a scope change is paid for in attention, which is the one thing a bespoke build cannot afford to lose.

What if my project is smaller than the smallest row?

Then say so in the brief. A single page with three sections and existing copy is genuinely less work than a landing site built to full depth, and it gets quoted as what it is. What will not happen is the published scope being sold at a reduced price.

Do you invoice from Cyprus?

Yes. Invoices are issued in euro by URBANUPLINK LTD, registration number HE 497798, registered office Pavlou Valdaseridi 2A, 1st floor, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus, under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The full identifiers are in the footer and in the terms of use.

Name the scope and the date, and the reply carries the number rather than a request for a call.
